• Tenants are responsible for paying their portion of PG&E
• Self-service, coin-operated laundry machines available from 6am-10pm
• Lunches and Dinners may be purchased ($7.50meal or $90 for 14 meals)
• Shuttle bus and van prices for transportation are available at the front desk
• Memorial Hall and other rooms/areas available for gatherings/parties/meetings

Assisted
Living

Stonehaven provides Assisted Living residents a balance of fun and freedom while ensuring support with medication, dressing, or bathing when needed. Residents enjoy private accommodations, restaurant-style meals, and a vibrant social calendar, all while maintaining independence with access to transportation services for appointments, outings, and more.

Room – $3300/mo (base rate)
1- Level of Care: $31.00/day
2- Level of Care: $43.00/day
3- Level of Care: $61.00/day
4- Level of Care: $75.00/day

Community Fee – $1,000 (one-time, non-refundable)

• The community fee will hold the room for up to 30 days, giving the tenant first right of refusal and opportunity to begin paying the monthly fee or simply selecting another room. At the time of move-in, the fee shall become non-refundable and considered a community fee per the Residency Agreement.
• Medication administration, bi-weekly housekeeping, laundry, three meals/day plus snacks and numerous activities.
• Daily charges for Levels of Care are based upon an individual’s needs which are evaluated regularly.
